At Oculus Curator our goal is to offer you the best return policy, no matter where you are in the United States. We try to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

What if I need to return my order?

For most products

We offer a return policy for the following reasons:

Items that are lost in translate or did not arrive, broken or damaged items, or received the wrong items. 

Refunds will be given once your return has been inspected, we will also send you an email to you when we have received the item. We will also notify you if the approval or rejection of your refund.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you would like to return your product just email us and we will provide you with a return address. Please note, you are responsible for return costs.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, shapewear, underwear, and lingerie is not eligible for refunds unless it is due to a product defect.

We STRONGLY recommend looking at the sizing guidelines outlines in the product description before purchasing.  

 

We are a small, independent company so these are guidelines, but please let us know as we will do our utmost best to give you the best service we can!
